Hot Rods, Rat Rods, & Harleys

It’s that wonderful time of year again; Car Show season. Scissors & Sinners Barbershop has been invited back to set up shop at Thunder Mountain Hot Rod, Rat Rod & Harleys. I will be doing haircuts & face shaves at the event starting at 10 a.m. This will be on a first come, first serve basis. Even if you are not yet ready for a clean up, we want to see your smiling face. So stop by and tell me what your favorite car of the day is. (It better start with a “C” and end with a “lac”).

THUNDER MOUNTAIN H-D 3rd ANNUAL HOT RODS, RAT RODS, AND HARLEYS

We’re doing it even bigger this year with more cars, more vendors, and a whole lot more girls in our pin-up girl contest!

Cash prizes and handmade one-of-a-kind trophies for winners in all three classes of the car show as well as the winner of the pin-up contest.

There will be food vendors and $1.50 Pabst Blue Ribbon’s all day as well as FREE LIVE MUSIC by The Deltasonics (1pm-4pm) and Heidi and the Rhythm Rollers (7pm-10pm)

Must have experience with straight razor shaves, clipper cuts, scissor cuts, fades, tapers and other rockin’ men’s hair styles.
Part or Full time available. Commission based pay. Colorado Barbers licensed is required.

Great to be back from VLV weekend. Met some great people and saw some amazing cars. Yes, it did light a fire to work on my cadillac! So come in for a haircut and lets talk cars!

Vacation Time!

Its time for me to take a well deserved vacation. Please take note that Scissors & Sinners Barbershop will be closed Friday April 2nd thru Tuesday 6th. Heading to VLV 13 and i can’t wait to listen to some great music (such as this lil lady), check out some hot cars and test out some new grease (pomade). Wish me luck at the black jack tables. maybe i’ll see some of you there.

Back to business Wednesday April 7th with regular hours. Have a fun spring break Fort Collins!

Can you believe it’s been a whole year? Please help us celebrate our one year anniversary. Love Thy Barber Art Show Saturday, January 30th, starts around 8:00p.m. and will be at Scissors & Sinners Barbershop located at 112 E. Laurel Fort Collins, Co. 80524.

We asked a few local artists to take part; including Lou DeAngelis, Mike Gallegos, Gus Espinoza, Ben Merrell, Zeke Derderian, Erick Erickson, Diego Griego, Curtis Burgess, Phil Guzy, Tattoo John, Ken Burgess,Rachel Herrera and George Menning. We shared with them a little history about barbering and can’t wait to see what they’ve come up with.

Thanks Fort Collins for all your support and keeping the barbershop alive. Hope to see everyone on Sat. Jan 30th!

New Winter Hours

Scissors & Sinners Barbershop has changed a few opening hours for the winter. Our new hours will be Mondays and Sundays 11a.m. to 5p.m. The rest of our week will remain the same. Wednesday through Saturday 11a.m. to 7p.m. Remember you can make an appointment, call 970-482-1111. Thank you Fort Collins for all of your support. Keep a look out for more updates.
